2024 Scottish Open Snooker: Qualifying rounds finish, Edinburgh player line-up complete

Teenager Stan Moody kept up his fine run of results as he qualified for another main venue after defeating Tian Pengfei, 4-2.
Moody is in his second year of a two-year World Snooker Tour card and aiming to keep his place on the professional circuit next season without having to go to Q School. Despite there being several months of the season remaining, the 18-year-old is currently on course to do that via the one-year list after last 16 runs at the British Open and English Open in recent weeks.

In the Scottish capital city, Moody is set to face Zhang Anda - a player he eliminated at the aforementioned British Open.
Jimmy White will not be competing in Scotland during the £550,400 ranking event, though, as he was dismissed by Jackson Page (pictured), 4-1. Page turned the tables having lost to White, last month, in the final qualifying round of the Northern Ireland Open.
Elliot Slessor is up to a career-high of 32 in the world rankings following a semi-final finish in Belfast last week, but he'll be taking no further part in this Home Nations Series tournament after going out, 4-1, to Farakh Ajaib.
Alexander Ursenbacher compiled a break of 137 during a 4-3 victory over Ben Woollaston. Daniel Wells (112) and David Grace (108) also notched up three-figure contributions in winning endeavours. Grace will play reigning World Champion Kyren Wilson in the last 64 of a Home Nations event for the third time in-a-row this season.

The final verdict of these qualifying rounds went to Jamie Jones who pipped the in-form Oliver Lines, 4-3.
