2024 Scottish Open Snooker Qualifiers: Singh Chadha extends perfect qualifying record

India's number one professional Ishpreet Singh Chadha is blossoming during his second season on the World Snooker Tour. The 28-year-old defeated Sanderson Lam, 4-2, and has won all six of his Home Nations Series qualifying matches this term, making it to the main venue stages in Brentwood, Belfast and now for Edinburgh in December. At the English Open, he reached the last four.
On Monday, Wang Yuchen led 3-0 in his round one match before eventually surviving a comeback from Liam Davies and going through via a deciding frame. However, today he did fall victim to a big recovery from his opponent, as Lyu Haotian strung together four successive frames from 3-0 down to reach the last 64.
