The draw for the 2025 Taom Helsinki International Snooker Cup has been released and tickets to the eight-player weekend spectacular are now on sale.

Following the success of the inaugural staging a few weeks ago in Finland’s capital city, tournament organisers have published details on the second installment which features the same format and will again be held at the impressive Helsinki House of Culture. Action takes place on May 17 and 18.

There will be a big increase in prize money, with 250,000 Euros on offer (up from a 150,000 Euros total fund in 2024).

The 2025 roster consists exclusively of current top 16 players (at the time of writing) and five world champions.

Reigning champion Carter meets John Higgins in round one; Mark Allen plays Wilson elsewhere in the bottom half of the draw. Both Higgins and Allen are set to compete in the event for the first time.

In the top half, Mark Williams, Shaun Murphy and Zhang Anda are all scheduled to make the trip for the first time, too. Williams faces Murphy while Zhang shares the table with Judd Trump.

Tickets for the event can be purchased from lippu.fi here.
