Several weeks ago, WST announced a change to the structure of next season’s Home Nations Series events with a tiered system being used in the early rounds and the top 32 all going to the main venue for the last 64. Each event will also have an increased prize fund of £500,000.
Following an announcement from World Snooker Tour, details about the BetVictor Bonus for next season have also been released.
An additional prize which has been on offer every season since 2019/20, next season’s BetVictor Bonus will only comprise of cumulative money earned from the four Home Nations Series, instead of a wider selection of events as has been the case in recent years with the European Series.
The most successful player across the four 2024/25 Home Nations Series events will earn £150,000.

From the five previous installments of the BetVictor Bonus order of merit race, Judd Trump has won three, including this season’s (2023/24) which he claimed with an event to spare.
With the new condensed schedule, as well as the new tiered system, it will be interesting to see if this tempts some of the top ranked players not to skip Home Nations Series events moving forwards.
