As the defending champion, Ronnie O’Sullivan is the number one seed. In 2024, O’Sullivan defeated Ali Carter 10-7 in the final to win his record-extending eighth Masters crown.
World Champion Kyren Wilson is the number two seed, and world number one Judd Trump is the third seed.
Mark Selby, Mark Allen, Mark Williams, Luca Brecel and Shaun Murphy are all confirmed to be one of the top eight seeds for the tournament, and will be drawn from bag one (although, their actual seeding position may not be confirmed until the completion of the UK Championship).

Who will be making their Masters debuts in 2025?
Two players in the 2025 Masters field will be making their bows in the lucrative event; Si Jiahui and Chris Wakelin, who have both broken into the world’s top 16 for the first time in their careers in recent months.
Gary Wilson will be making his Alexandra Palace debut, although he played at the 2021 Masters when it was held behind-closed-doors in Milton Keynes due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
