Kyren Wilson and other snooker stars enter the returning Pink Ribbon charity pro-am
Open for entry to all, this unique pro-am event is making its anticipated return to the calendar following an absence of five years. The charity competition was initially held every year between 2010 to 2019 at the revered South West Snooker Academy in Gloucester.
The owner of that venue, Paul Mount, and his team saw the tournament grow from strength to strength, with over £100,000 raised for breast cancer charities during that time. At its last installment, the event drew 400 entries.

Famous names have won the title, including ranking event winners Ronnie O'Sullivan, Stuart Bingham, Joe Perry, Robert Milkins and Michael Holt. Bingham was the last winner in 2019 when he ousted Mark Allen 4-3 in the final; it was the second time that the 2015 World Champion had lifted the trophy - the only multiple-time champion, so far.
Unfortunately, with the SWSA closing not long after the 2019 edition, the Pink Ribbon hadn't been held since, but all that changed a few weeks ago when the Landywood Snooker Club near Walsall - one of the best snooker venues in the UK - announced that it was bringing it back.
Taking place between July 5-9, the same charity elements apply and the exciting format returns with players able to pay for two entries in the draw. There will be a prize fund of at least £10,000 on offer to the players.
Entries for this year's event close on Friday 27 June at 12:00 midday, you can enter here.
